Adding WiFi

We have the direct TV sat dish on our roof, can a WiFi antenna and booster be added and or spliced into the dish wiring instead of putting new holes in the roof.

No, but you could share the same hole through the roof. You will want to keep the coax cable short and use low loss coax or if you use an active antenna with USB you will have to keep length to USB standard.
