As a full timer, there have been times when speedy Prime service was very necessary.

Plus, on video there is Bosch, Man in the High Castle, and the new season of The Expanse. Good enough for me.

I have always had prime but am now hemming and hawing because they are jacking up the price. Is it really necessary for faster shipping? Can't you just pay extra for quicker shipping if you want something faster?

If you choose to be charged on a monthly basis, your membership charge will be $12.99. If you choose to be charged on an annual basis, you will be charged $119. Prime Video membership is $8.99 a month."

The day I have to look that hard to watch TV, I will get out of the chair and take a walk outside even if there is 3' of snow and 10 below zero.

I realize your post was humorous, but I think it does illustrate the fact that streaming video content is very different than watching TV. If you're looking for entertainment, no longer do you have to content yourself with flipping on the TV and watching whatever drivel is on it. With streaming you can find shows that truly interest you which means you may have to look through a catalog to find them.

Bosch on TV does not satisfy compared to the personal enjoyment of reading all the Bosch Books by Michael Connelly.

Love Amazon music

I replaced the radio in my class A with a touch screen with Apple Car Play. Amazon music is built in and I hate regular radio with at the advertising. Amazon music is so good with my unlimited data.

Love the music for traveling, listen to different genres and some cds I download for offline. I paid for the upgraded music though so my kids can all listen in there echos at the same time so I haven’t had problems with downloads dissapearinv with that.

+1 man in the high castle I binged season two in a 24 hr time period and worked 8 hrs in that time as well. Haven’t done that before or since but it’s just so dang good.

For those who have older radios in their MH's, we use an inexpensive Bluetooth adapter with ours and stream Pandora from one of our phones. No need to have anything built into the radio.

Between prime and Netflix, I find Netflix better. Currently rewatching Offspring again. Saw all 7 seasons and loved it. Now dear wife wants to watch it. On Prime Mrs Maisel, High Castle were good. On Netflix, offspring, Rake. Using fire stick for both.

It does if you don’t like to read.

...I personally avoid any and all business with Amazon in any form and fashion.
IMO they are detrimental to the small business person.
That is my opinion and find that I can carry on just fine without any of the Amazon shopping and services...Thank You.
