Any one have the Furrion Navigation System?

We just got a new Class C which came equipped with the Furrion NV2200 Nav. system and we are having some issues, in which I,m hoping someone can help.
I have called the Customer Service Dept. but I believe they don't know them selves as how to help me!
Thank you.

Furrion Nav. System

If I have the "rear view camera" on and the wife wants to hear the radio or auto book, I lose the rear view camera! Or if she is into her "Auto Book" and I switch to rear view, then she has lost the sound!!!
Any ideas would be very help & keep our marriage together
