Hi,

I checked out Google and did not see AT&T mentioned.

Yep, the brake ECU bricked my rig.

I did indeed change my username, 1stmh just did not sound right on my second MH. :-)

Use Verison for the main & AT&T for backup.. If one doesn't have service the other one normally will.

For future planning, you might check out the High-Definition version of the Coverage app by the folks over at Technomadia.

It gives you detailed, HD overlays so you can see what coverage is available during your planning phases. So far, it seems to do a great job and has even been accurate in valleys and mountains.

Your right ; from their site:

using both Wi-Fi and cellular networks belonging to Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular,. Check their coverage map to see if it will work for you.

I have AT&T my wife has Verizon. 99% of the time, they both work just fine. Don't do a lot of boondocking in very remote areas so the 99% guess is influenced by that choice to be sure.

Three years ago when we first started traveling, there was a decided advantage to Verizon in coverage - now there is not. We have not traveled in the northeast extensively (yet) but don't see any reason for that to be any different. Wife is going to switch to AT&T shortly and expect to be able to save quite a few dollars.

Interesting that the Verizon coverage at our S&B is terrible, (dropped calls, static, interference etc.) but the AT&T is perfect all of the time.

Project Fi primarily uses T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular towers.

Worth noting not all phones / carriers support WiFi calling / SMS.

So if your phone is on Carrier V but no coverage at the time & try to use WiFi hot spot from other device on Carrier A you might not get through.

Just check before heading out
