Just make sure the device you're trying to log into the Mobley with, i.e. laptop, has it's wireless NIC set to the same IP mask - 192.168.1.x. (i.e .200)

Hard to believe you don't carry the instructions with you that were in the box.

Not to hijack OP, but along the same lines, I need to do something too. I haven't used my Mobley in about 16 months or so. Every time I try, I get a SIM card locked msg, and it asks for an unlock PIN. I have been on the phone with ATT several different times, and they tell me they cannot access unlock codes, as the device is no longer supported. I may as well cancel the credit card hit every month,

Should I take it to an ATT store, and get a new SIM?

All you need is to get PUK codes from ATT. These codes are specific to your device and ATT will provide them. The codes are used to unlock your SIM when you “forget” your SIM PIN.

In this case ATT, on their own and without you knowing updated your Mobley firmware and in that process they added a SIM PIM to your device. Except that the user doesn’t know what PIN they used and so you can’t unlock it.

PUK stands for PIN Unlock Key.

Here’s how to do this;
