Flukey81,
you should have a connection port somewhere on your Rv. This could be id as a "park connection". Standard tv cable connection hardware. This port should connect to the internal tv connections within the RV. The external connection on my Discovey is in the water bay. The inside connection is in the tv cabinet at the front of the coach. The connection from the park service should be at the power tower where the 30A or 50A service is. This is the most common setup for a park.
You will need a short connection cable to connect between the power tower and the coach..

My 5th wheel had the outside connection on the back of the camper just above the bumper under a small hinged door. My Motor Home has it in the compartment where the electric cable comes from. As you can tell from these two posts, you may find them anywhere!

I have seen a few connectors that are behind what looks like the rubber cover you find on some water hoses. Just look in the compartment where your water, electrical, sewer and etc are and you should find the connector. It is called a "F" connector. Plug your cable into the park cable. If you have a video selector switch make sure to select Cable for the TV you want to watch. Next step is to use the remote control for the TV and select CABLE as the input, then scan for the cable channels. Once done you should be working.

Be sure to turn off the antenna booster; light should be off for cable operation and on for antenna operation if you do not have a powered selector box.

I just bought a Jefa Tech Wifi Antenna. I plan to set it up on a tripod, and run the RG6 cable through a window to the repeater. I spoke to a tech at Jeta Tech, and he told me I could deploy a slide out half way and route the cable through a "gap" and then complete extending the slide out. Any opinions on this method?

Each couch seems to have its own location. Mines in the electrical compartment, located on the wall. But I've seen them in other places or even on the outside under a separate cover like the water access hatch.
Good luck!

Sorry - I should have started a new thread. I'm still trying to get the hang of the forum as well as the world of RV'ing! It is necessary for this old dog to learn new tricks.
