Ever, or just where you happen to be parked now?

With no knowledge of where you are parked I'd guess there is some obstruction partially blocking your reception.

We have the opposite problem, we generally get 119 and never get 110, except for one time. Present location we get no satellite so have the service turned off.

we're in the Wisconsin dells now and had the problem similar--couldn't find the 119, finally got it--frustrating and about 8+ tries---then never got 110--so we just used what we have ......
any secrets? it never found the other satellite. never got both or the SW64.

You might also want to look at the Winegard Trav'ler before you select the MotoSAT. It outperforms the MotoSAT, needs no software updates and costs less.

1: I assume you are using a TWIN LNB dishnetwork antenna
2: Make sure the mast is PLUM, not at an angle
3: Menu-6-1-1 and enter the zip code you are parked in..
4: Write down the recommended settings
5: Preset SKEW and ELEVATION
6: Throw the in-line meter in the nearest trash can
7: Take a portable color TV with you to the antenna, hook it to your outside TV jack (or any other handy jack that gets it's signal from the receiver and watch as you aim.

NOTE at this step: You may find two peaks for whichever sat you are aming for (110 or 119) if you are aiming for 110 you want the peak that is most "Westernley" (yes, I know that sounds strange) if shooting at 119, easternly (you pre-set the target bird on the menu page listed above along with the zip code.

Now, the LNB lens on the left is the one that looks to 110, on the right to 119, you can "Mask" it with a bit of foil to be sure you have the right bird.

8: Finish peaking (touch up elevation, leave SKEW alone normally and re-peak right to left, usually 1 degree or less)

9: Run CHECK SWITCH.
