Cell booster (weboost) installed
I installed a weboost cell booster.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/weBoost-Wil...53.m1438.l2649
I attached the weboost antenna just above the old crank up TV antenna using a flat piece of aluminum. The antenna is directional and I discovered by trial & error that if it was mounted just above the old antenna, the gain increased another -5 to -10. I'm not sure what it did to the tv antenna reception, I never use it. At my current location it boosted the cell signal to -65. Better than advertised. It was a very weak -108 before. About one to two bars on the phone. Often not working at all. The weboost worked out better than expected. The phone works great now. I can now use my hot spot for the computer and streaming video too. I'm very pleased. I can point the antenna right at the cell towers now for maximum gain and it cranks down when not in use.
To answer a previous question, I used the old TV antenna cable outside to connect to the cell antenna. Then from inside the cabinet above the drivers seat, were the antenna cable comes in, I ran a 75ohm cable from there to the weboost in the lower dinette cabinet next to the table. Because the dinette is in the slide, I had to route the antenna cable as did the factory with other wires. I didn't want loose wire laying around the coach. I highly recommend this weboost setup.

I used the following Wilson Electronics 4G Omni Plus Building Antenna | 304423 cheapest I found it was on ebay for $73 it has all stainless steel mounting hardware a big plus so you won't get rust running down the side of your motorhome. The weboost connect model 470103. I have seen them as low as $300 on ebay. We have a built in inverter to run the refrigerator when travelling down the road so I plugged it in that circuit. So we can use while we are traveling too.

I bought a 304423 also. I haven't mounted it yet. I thought I would use it for when we are on the road, more that parked. Before attaching the Wilson/weboost directional paddle antenna, I connected the 304423 to the Wilson/weboost just to see if there would be any difference in signal strength. The signal strength was about -75 to -70 for the 304423, compared to -65 to -60 with the paddle antenna. Both worked very well. The directional paddle antenna did out perform the 304423 and works amazingly well while parked. I plan to mount the 304423 at the other end of the coach for when we're on the road. I used (Network Cell Info Lite App) to measure signal the strength.

I download the app you mentioned, but I don’t see the actual db signal strength. I am I missing something?

I case you're not familiar, signal is usually measured in dbm. Dbm is the power ratio in decibels of the radio power per on milliwatt. A signal of -60dbm is nearly perfect, and -112dbm is call dropping bad.
