I'm removed the front TV for replacement. Coming from the ceiling into the TV area are 5 coaxial type cables. Four white ones and one smaller black one. One white one is not connected.
One cable goes to the Sat box connection (drivers side)
Two go behind the control box (VCR,TV1, TV2, Aux, etc.) passenger side
One - smaller black labeled coax also goes behind the control box
One white cable has the length to go to either side but was not connected.
Anyone have an idea of where the disconnected on should go or what it might be for? Both TVs work OK on RV park cable & on batwing antenna. I do not have a sat receiver so can not determine if the sat reception is OK but lines do go the the Sat connection on the wall in the cabinet.
As I think this out:
One from Sat Dish
One from bat wing antenna
One from RV Park connector in power bay
One to rear TV
Behind the bedroom TV two black cables come out of the ceiling. One goes down and I think to the outside cable connection on the pass side.
One has as splitter with one line to the TV and the second down to the basement - maybe towards the basement TV connection.
Any thoughts welcomed.
Bob

The second cable is another LNB feed to run to a second receiver. That way you can watch two different shows on two diff. TV sets. I connected that cable to the AUX input to the VCC and set TV2 to AUX. Then the cable in the back gets connected to the Second Sat receiver in the back.
Works fine.

Go to the Winnebago site under manuals you will find a section under coax that will give you the proper cable routing for your coach, hope this helps

If I were laying cable in a motor home.. That is how *I* would do it.. Amazing, they did it right (at least if you are right)
As you can guess I'm saying "that makes sense"
That's one of the thigns I keep talking about when folks ask about SAT TV, the fact that a DOME, is good for one sat at a time and that has to be a Ku band bird.. Thus DirecTV (not DirecHDTV) is best for motor home use, cause two receivers (or one DVR) can watch (record) two shows at one time, no conflicts,, With DISH there can be conflicts.
Now if only DirecTV's DVR's were at least half as good as DISHnetwork units.
