Okay, you wizards, What's your opinion on Norton's "Identity Safe" software. For those not familiar with it, it eliminates the need for cookies. You have a single password to sign into it, and it remembers your log-in username and password for all the web-sites you regularly visit. It fills in the log-in automatically.

You can instruct it not to remember specific sites (like your bank!). I find it very convenient for sites that I visit regularly, like iRV2, the Forest River user forum, RV.net and the various US and UK newspapers I read.

We've had Comcast with Norton for three years and I haven't seen any evidence of attempted hacking.

Another tip if using Outlook. Set your security configuration to use the restricted zone. It will prevent a lot of cr....stuff.

Peter Norton was a genius but he sold out. Anything to do with Systamatic /Norton is crap. It's bloated and takes control over your computer. Advast anti-virus is small and behind the scenes and RoboForm will save all your passwords and log in with a master password. Safe and secure. How do I know? I have been building, programming, and working on computers for over 30 years now. Norton will kill any speed you have and totally take over your computer....
