My daughter has this TV in her TT and is having a problem. The manual doesn't have a troubleshooting section and their website doesn't have any info either.

She can hear audio, but has no picture. The word "disconnector" in white letters with a red box around it appears. It was working fine and then not.

Would appreciate any help.

Hello Bob,

I am told the problem could either be:

1. Bad cable / connection between the TV and the radio
2. The TV has malfunctioned and is beyond repair (internal component failure)

I hope it is #1!
