I just purchased the Windy31 WIFI router...and Have a couple of issues with it that I would like to solve...
Problem #1...installing it on my laptop, it installed fine and updated fine...but when trying to use internet on my wife's laptop, it says it is connected, but when trying to pull up a web page it says can't find the page server...and nothing will come up on ANY page...I use Firefox 3.0 and windows firewall if that is important

Problem #2...In trying to install it on my wife's laptop, it never gets to the auto install, nor does anything appear to manually start the install process. When I go to safely remove it the proper name shows up. Also, under the device manager it says that it is working properly...

Any assistance you can give me is appreciated
