I have two DVR and two regular receivers (D-12's) recently installed. I planned on using one of the D 12's in my RV but can't get it to switsh to single lnb, round dish or to a 3-lnb 18" X 20" dish. Thise selections are 'grayed out' and are unselectable. the only one's I can pick from the "slimline" family of dishes.

Anyone out there having the same issues?
Anyone using a D-12 receiver in their RV?

Thanks, Larry

Hello George,
Is the selection of the 18" round and the 3-lnb 18" X 20" grayed out? If that's the case, it a simple fix. I can say that now because Steve was kind enough to call me and tell me.

When you have the dish selection boxes up on the screen, look just below and you'll see the box with "SWM" in it. Navigate down and select that box and change it to "MULTI-SWITCH". The dish selection box will now have the 18"rnd and the 18" X 20" dishes 'selectable'.

So easy... (when you know what yer doin')

If you need help talking through it, you can call me at 616-891-8211.
If you can catch me I'll be glad to help if I can.

Take care, Larry K. (aka: michigancamper)
