Direct tv contact number

Our Rv came with king dome and direct tv receiver, no access card !
I have spent the last two hours on the phone to various departments that want to send an installer to my house and sign me up for the geni package !!
I am beyond listening to anymore recorded messages and sales staff who are incapable of listening!
Does anyone have a contact number or email for the department that deals with Rvs or even just sends new card and simple contract ?

Before you get too invested with the receiver that came with your coach, with DirectTV, if there's non-paid movie/pay-per-view charges associated with the box, they won't update it until those are paid for.

FWIW, I had some problems with my DirecTV in the coach and finally agreed as a last resort to a technician visit on-board, while parked at home. The tech who came was made sure I understood he took no responsibility for the dome, but from there on he powered thru my issues very quickly and effectively. I wished I had called them in sooner.

Positive experience for me, but of course YMMV depending on the tech.

I have DirecTV at home (and in the RV) and had a problem with my auto-seeking dome locking in on the 101 satellite. When the technician came out, he said "we don't usually work on receivers in RV's". However, since he had a "trainee" with him, he proceeded to check things out. As it turned out, they couldn't find anything wrong with the receiver and suggested it was the dome, and they left. Eventually, I discovered that is was neither was neither the dome or the receiver, I just had to reset the zip code in the receiver and everything worked fine.
