I have an older direct tv receiver (DT10-300) that I'm trying to use in our 03 Eagle. BTW just replaced the tv with a flat screen in mid ship and will make a storage cabinet up front where the old tv came out.

Question: Can I use my receiver with the TracVision auto seek dish? The original receiver that came out of the coach using direct tv is a Sony SAT-A65A.

Once I programmed the satellite for the 2LNB type it started receiving good signal strength from the transponders. However, after going thru the satellite setup it will not download the latest software upgrade.

I use the Sony A65A receiver with Direct TV because my in motion Dome requires a low speed data port connection on the receiver to operate.

I am not familiar with the dish you have.

I have the same receiver and had to disconnect the data port cable to get it to work. My sat is the Old Datron with the dt10-300 receiver. Worked all over the USA. When it locks on to a sat but its the wrong one, i flip it from view to stow until it picks up the right sat.
