Hi, I have a Directed Video All-in-one OHD800B mounted in the kids bunk bed. It uses IR for the headphones. The audio will work for about 10' and then stop. Restart the dvd player and the audio will work for about 10' and stop. Any ideas out there?

Have you tried calling their tech. support at 800-753-0800 or 760-599-1380?

Bill, I was going to call tomorrow morning. I figured they wouldn't be open on Sunday.
