DirecTV and King Quest dish compatability

I have DirecTV and recently purchased a King Quest satellite dish for easier satellite connection. I have a SWM receiver and did puchase the extra equipment to.make the two work. The only channels I can get are music, shopping and the preview channel. All others give me a 771 error which is a lost signal. I have it sitting beside a neighbor's working DirecTV standard dish so there shouldn't be site line issues. I feel like there is either a switch not set right or DTV is messing with me. Anyone have any insite?

you might need to go to the DRTV menu and change the settings for a round dish.

We had an issue not getting all channels either. I called Direct Tv they had to " mirror" the service that I had at home. I just bought a King Quest & tripod for the just in case a tree is in my way problem.
