DirecTV DNS with a Canadian registered RV?

I've already read through the thread below but my situation seems to be a little more specific.

DirecTV and Dish RV DNS FORMS

In understand DNS and how to apply for it but in completing the form it asks for a copy of the RV registration. In my case, it's from Ontario. It appears they use the registration to establish the need for a mobile account. My registration would satisfy that.

BUT would it matter to them that the vehicle is registered in a Canadian province rather than a US state?

Yeah, I think it'll matter. They're going to want the registration address to match the billing address for the account. And they won't do accounts in Canada.

FWIW, the registration name is my company's. With how convoluted this is I tend to doubt they would see my using the RV of a third party as a way to facilitate the request.

I think you I see exactly the point in your reply. The DNS application is to create a mobile account, and no account can be in Canada. That might be the show stopper right there.
