Dish network Hybrid dish and Wally receivers

Can I hook up 2 Wally receivers directly to the 2 outputs of the 1000.2 EA hybrid dish? I have one hooked from output 1 to Wally and it picks up 61.5 fine. The other Wally hooked up to port 2 gives me an error. Don't remember the error number but it has something to do with the outside antenna not being active. I was under the assumption that each port can be wired directly to a Wally receiver.

Exclamation

I would certainly think so, but it looks like there are three coax outputs, which ones are you attached to? Is the active one picking up BOTH satellites?

Talked to dish and they said I need a pro hybrid 42 switch. Port 1 & 2 front LBN guess to switch and receivers girl to other side of switch.

Whoever told you this is wrong.

The DPH42 switch works with DPP (Dish Pro Plus) LNBFs, not Hybrid LNBFs.

Swap out your Hybrid LNBF with a DPP 1000.2 LNBF.

Can 2 Wally receivers be hooked up to a Hybrid Twin LNB? If so, how would it be wired?

Called dish back and the guy I talked to didn't have a clue. Transferred me to dish outdoors where I was on hold for about an hour until I decided to hang up. I guess no one knows how to hook up 2 wally receivers to a 1000.2 EA twin DPP LNB or EA DPH Hybrid Twin LNB.

Forget using a Hybrid LNB. Get a DPP EA twin LNB which has 3 output ports. Each port could be connected to a Wally.
