Dish recommendations for future coach

We currently have Dish Network in our S and B.
I would like to know what anyone would recommend when we go to replace upgrade anything that come in our new to us coach.
I know we want to to the following;
OTA- that should be easy enough.
Monthly pay as you go for Dish is probably what we will do. Trying to ween ourselves off of tv (to an extent).
Which receiver? 211K?
DVR hard drive is a must. Should I plan on a outboard unit? Thinking so.
We will have at least 3-4 tv's that will be active and want to be flexible in what and where we might be viewing.
Hopper(S)?
Joeys?
Thought I knew this stuff but have not kept up.
Thanks
Tom

I forgot to add, we will be FT. So won't be piggybacking the S and B.
Thanks.

For a full timer with 3-4 TVs and who wants a DVR, I suggest a Hopper 3 connected to your main (probably the front) TV and with a Joey attached to each of your other TVs.

This setup allows each of your TVs access to the programs recorded on the Hopper 3 DVR.

You also would probably want to install a Winegard Travler for DISH.

I don't believe DISH Pay As You Go is available for Hoppers.

All the suggestions are very good but, if you are really thinking about weaning yourself away from TV, you may want to go a bit slowly. We have 4 TVs and never use more than 2. We could easily go with having sat on one only. I find myself moving rapidly towards streaming.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the replies.
I may add a Hopper and Joey to try in our S and B for the next year.
Yes, I agree too many tv's in the coaches but I know there will be a time when.....
I was one of the first Dish subscribers back in 1996 when we built the house. Had everything ready for the local cable company but they were to incompetent to even get in here. The folks from Dish were pretty accommodating so I've stayed with them. Personally, I could live without the $125.00 or so per month given the choice. It's the sports that is the hard part.
Thanks.
Tom
