Dish TV Zipped pointing file

Hi
I use to have a zipped file for finding the pointing numbers for Dish Tv, but my computer crashed and I lost it. Does anybody have a copy to share.
it was a great tool - all you had to do was enter the zip code and it gave the numbers for both dish 300 and Dish 500
It looked just like the screen you get on your TV from Dish Network setup.

enter your address and pick which dish system you use from a dropdown.
