Resolved - Winnebago Quality Control lacking
New Braunfels (San Antonio) CW techs spent 2-3 hours troubleshooting the rooftop Winegard dish issue, finally determining that the coax cable from the dish was not connected to the wall socket in the cockpit. Once connected, DishNet satellite found and problem solved. They ran out of time to troubleshoot the DVD problem, but I suspect that Winnebago QC folks similarly did not verify that these rather important functions of the entertainment system were fully operational. Rig at this CW nearly four hours - shower leak partially resolved with silicone seal around the "buttons near the shower door, auto-leveling system allegedly re-calibrated (but now it is worse). Wife and I are seriously pondering a detour and visit to the Winnebago factory on our way back across the country in early May.
