Excellent Motosat service

I have had a few problems with my Motosat HD dish. I had to call technical service and expected to go through a painstaking ordeal trying to get a bit of assistance.

Wowww - did they prove me wrong!!! I got to talk to people who gave me the distinct impression that they really care and they supplied absolute excellent service despite me calling numerous times.



Many thanks to Nick, Daniel and all the rest of you. Your level of service should be the standard others should try to match. This would make trouble solving so much easier.

I too have had some issues with a Motosat Dish.. 3 different problems

1st time turns out the dealer simply installed the wrong Dish.. I happened to be in the area so I headed north out of Las Vegas into blizzard 2006, when it got too white and scary I parked for the night at a rest stop, and the next morning pulled into Salt Lake City,, Right beside a building with MOTOSAT on it's front.

Mitch came out, figured out the problem in about 10 seconds, and slapped on the correct dish, I paid the difference and we went off.. Oh, there were 4 problems.

Turns out that dish had a couple of minor issues.. One I fixed (I do hae a bit of training) and one Mitch fixed that December when next I slid through Salt Lake..

The next problem was a controller that frankly failed.. I Parcial Posted it to Mitch (They don't make that model any more) and he UPSed it back.. IN perfect working order, where it remains to this very day.

I've had one more problem too... Picked up some used DirecTV receivers and the first one I hooked to it it would never lock on the satellite......... Finally got to trouble shooting and found... BAD RECEIVER, no problem at all with the Dome or controller, Dropped a different one on line and it was locked before I finished hooking up!!
