Hi All.
We have (sadly) not been out in our '99 Bounder since '08, but are planning a trip up the Rockies starting in mid August. I'm pretty sure our TV is analog, so that means we will need to replace it or get a converter.
Will the existing (analog) antenna and amplifier work for digital? What about the cable hook-ups at RV parks? Do they work the same way as they did before?
I should know this stuff, but we have cable at home and I haven't had to worry about it 'till now.
Thanks in advance,
Hack

Hi and welcome to the forum!
There really is no such thing as an analog antenna so yours should work just fine with a new digital set. You can even get local programming in HD OTA. All CG hookups work the same as they did with the analog TV.
Best of luck...

Thanks, Rick.
I understand about the antenna, but I was wondering if the signal amplifier connected to it would work. Presumably so.
Is there a consensus on the best D-A converters. I may choose to go the cheap route with a converter rather than a new TV.
Best regards,
Hack

Just be sure the converter you get has an analog pass-through switch, otherwise you'll have problems with campground cable connections.
