I've just updated Firefox to version 3.6 and it is faster loading pages as promised.
Also the faint red line under misspelled word is now a bolder wavy line.
Two good improvements.

Just downloaded it myself for the new computer. I wasn't sure if the differences were due to changes in the software or if it was because the new computer is running Windows 7. Guess I ought ot download it for the old computer too, since we'll be using it as a backup.

I have seen a few glitches in FF 3.6. When I asked about them on the escapees forums, I was told that creating a new FF profile, per FF support page, should make them go away.

Also, when new tabs are opened from an existing tab, they are opened just to the right of the existing tab instead all the way to the right.

The IE Tab add-on is not compatible, which I miss. There are some sites that only work in Internet Explorer (e.g. Microsoft Update), and the ability to switch to IE mode was useful. Hopefully, a compatible IE Tab is forthcoming.

Been using it for a while.. What can I say... I like Firefox. It is the one browser that's making a noticeable "Dent" in MS's near monolopy.. I hope the dent gets bigger.
