Front TV restricted from accessing sattelite programming?

I have finally gotten our sattelite system working. Our journey in this follows for your entertainment but first a question.

Our coach has four televsions. Three inside and one outside. On three of the four we can view all inputs (DTV, BluRay, HDMI1, and HDMI2 sattelite). The one in the front above the driver and passenger seats will not show sattelite content but will show all others. Is there some kind of safety restriction or do I have some kind of configuration/hardware problem?

Now our Dish journey. I find this amusing because after all the contortions we performed the solution was to restore the hardware configurations to the way they were when we received the coach. After we received the Wally I fired up the sattelite dish (Winegard RoadTrip Mission In-Motion) then the Wally the dish would not lock on any sattlite. Discovered that we needed to set the DIP switches for Dish as they were set for DirecTV and got that fixed. Still nothing. I wasn't too surprised because our property is well treed and some of the tops were just a little higher than the position I saw our S&B dish pointing. I moved the coach to a parking lot that was clear on all compass points and received the same disappointing results. Called Dish help and ran through all the tests and reconfigurations multiple times their basic then advanced then "outdoor advanced" techs suggested. The last tech, their "outdoor specialist", finally after taking down all our information including the sattelite dish model, Wally and it's software version, and the television model suggested that I needed to use a compass to move the coach to orient the front pointing in the direction of the sattelite. At that point I suggested he seek remedial training or another job and hung up. The fix? I don't really know. We sought refuge in a frinds driveway out of the way of hurricane Irma and when we got set up I restored all the coax and HDMI cables to their original configuration. Switched the sattlite dish on, plugged in the Wally and in about thirty seconds was watching HBO in HD. Go figure.

So what could be keeping us from viewing sattelite programming on our front TV?

There is no restriction on receiving the satellite signal on the front TV. The signals from the receiver and BluRay player are converted in the AV cabinet to be carried over Cat5 network cable to the three front TVs. Then each of the TVs except the bedroom TV has two Cat5 to HDMI converters behind it, and each one has its own power supply. One converter is for the BluRay and one is for the Satellite receiver. Chances are the power supply for the satellite HDMI converter has gone out, or the converter itself has failed.
