I asked Garmin support this question and got the typical answer. We don't have any idea whether it will work or not but you can try it and let us know if it works.
I was asking since the NUVI 465T has Bluetooth if I could add a Bluetooth speaker to improve the sound of the 465T. It does not have a jack for an external speaker. Anyone have any thoughts on this.

My Garmin 465T GPS speaker sounds great when using it for navigation. I tried it once with the Blue-tooth feature connected to my phone and that function is a POS.
I finally purchased what I think is one of the best Blue-Tooth hands free mobile devices on the market, a Jabra Cruiser 2. It has fantastic sound both incoming and outgoing. Completely hands free if your phone is the type that will download your phone book to the Jabra unit. To make a call, I simply push one button, that's it. Everything else is done by voice. No voice learning needed either. Don't even have to push a button to end the call, when the other person hangs up, the unit states, "call ended" and it's finished.
I love the Garmin 465T as a GPS device but it sucks as a hands-free device.

Haven't tried the BT feature in the coach but it works fine in the toad. I think that is because you are closer to the unit and can hear it better and also there is less background noise.

Hold down on your clock for about ten seconds and see if the secret service menu comes up. If it does you might be able to adjust the volumnn.

Does the 465T have campgrounds or RV parks listed ? I have a Garmin 360 now and it is rather weak when it comes to Camping info.

I haven't looked but I don't think so. You can go to the POI Factory and find them there.

I used TTSVoiceEditor.exe to increase the volume of one of the supplied voices on the 465T so I could hear it better in my RV (I'm using "Jack" which seems to me to be the loudest one that Garmin supplies). Just Google for it and download it. it includes simple instructions for using it to change the set volume of the voices.
I can't recall for sure what I raised it to, but I think I set my voice to 85% and it was a noticeable improvement.
