Yes you can with one touch to a very LARGE button on the screen labeled ANSWER.

Calls out from the GPS can all be made hands-free.

BTW, the voice clarity is FAR better than any previous Bluetooth GPS device I have owned.

Thanks Dr4Film. I haven't used the BT function yet, just played around with the SmartLink. Hard to believe the voice quality is better than my Lexus ES350 BT link to my Galaxy S3. I will be taking the car to LA next week and will use the RV760 in auto mode as a test. Also testing the BT connection to Torque Pro to monitor data on the car (and later on the Winnie Aspect).

OK, just completed a firmware and map update to my RV760. Only problem is, I have no idea WHAT was updated. Does anyone know how to find the details of especially the firmware update?

I also just finished a two or three hour update on my Garmin (not the 760). At the start of the upgrade there was a screen listing what files were going to be revised. I didn't see any way to expand that for more details though. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable with interrupting the upgrade to get more info even if there had been that option.

I ordered one the first day they were in stock. Paid extra got it next day for our trip to Ms. from Fl. Worked great and was much better than the one I had for trucks. Well worth the money

I am just about to buy a GPS. Question? Has anyone had the opportunity to take their Garmin 760 out on the road yet? I understand that it uses voice commands, do the voice commands work? Does the Garmin list the Good Sam Parks and show their ratings ? Any glare on the screen and how is the volume. How well is the mounting bracket? Were you satisfied with the product ? Thanks

We just mounted our BC20 camera today. The image not as sharp as we'd hoped. We just want to be able to check our toad occasionally, so it will work for that. The transmitter is not waterproof. Installed ours inside the back through the opening the old camera came from. Will need to do some modification to have this camera fit in the same opening. BTW, we have not yet tested the camera rolling down the highway.
