How does the glomex 9112 work? Does it need a control panel or will it pick up signals on its own? I now have a Direct TV dish with a controller but would like to install a non directional antenna. thanks DelJac 98 40 ft GS Tourmaster

What is it that you are wanting to do?
This is an over-the-air antenna and not any kind of an antenna that would work with DirecTV or Dish Network.
If OTA is your goal, this antenna would will pick up whatever UHF and VHF signal is available at your location. It's designed for marine vehicles but could likely be setup for an RV. You would still need to have a TV capable of tuning in the digital channels or you would have to add one of the digital to analog converters if you have an older TV set.
