I am using a GARMIN NUVI850 with the standard Garmins Maps which are not very RV er friendly i.e. all available campgrounds etc etc. I see that there are GPS units out there that cater to RVers showing Campgrounds, Service Centers, Travel Centers and more. Is there a site out there that I can download POI's specifically designed for RVers that will show all campgrounds, dump stations etc etc.. Any help is appreciated..

Put Microsoft Streets and Trips on your laptop. Get the tie-in cable for the Garmin to the laptop. NOTE S&T is only one option.

Advantages.. WAY bigger screens and ability to download POI files from Discovery Owner's forum,, These files include Flying-J's (pilots, loves, TA et-al) Wall mart, Moose, Eagle, State Parks, other parks, Woodalls listing is bui9lt into S&T by the way.

I have the Garmin 855 and highly recommend the POI Factory
POI Files for United States & Elsewhere | POI Factory

The files are created by members and some are not correct or complete.
Enter the coordinates into Google maps to check them.

Hmm.. if the files was loaded properly then it should show a ton of them.. Did you do a 'find gas' search?

Might be something for the poi factory's forum..
