Please note that you CAN convert the Winegard DirecTV SK-3005 or the SK-SWM3 antennas to Dish Network SK-1000. You can also convert this converted antenna back to DirecTV if you keep the parts you removed.

You CAN NOT convert an SK-1000 to DirecTV, unless it started life at the factory as a DirecTV antenna.....

What I am trying to say is that if you start with a DirecTV Travler, you can convert it to Dish for about $300 in parts.

If you start with a Dish Travler, you have to replace the antenna....
