We installed a new King-Dome in motion HD Satellite antenna used with Directv. It works but it's a pain to switch satellites and, because it has only 3 LNB's, (not 5), we don't recieve all possible HD channels. Anyone know if and when a new 5 LNB dome antenna will be available?
Thanks, Bob

If it's in-motion, it's not a 3 LNB. It's got 1 LNB that can lock onto any of the three Ku band satellites. That's why you have to switch satellites.

No one is yet making an in-motion antenna for the new Ka band satellites that DirecTV is using for HD. It's not clear that anyone ever will. If in-motion is important to you, you'll probably have to give up on HD.

Whether it is in-motion or not, no dome has any more than 1 LNB and they are all KU band LNB's. You can change to Dish Network as all of their satellites are KU band (switching is still required). If you want the DTV HD programming you are going to need to buy one of the open face dishes made by MotoSAT or Winegard which is capable of receiving all 5 of the DTV satellites.
