HD TV, DishTV, Winnegard MiniMax

Back ground:
Purchased a used Class C 2013 Winnebago
I have a Winegard MiniMax and a Quest Video Control Center (older model with push buttons) , Sony DVD player and two TV's.
I purchased a Dish VIP211z.
I know very little on the tech side of things but have a general knowledge of how things work (or don't work).
Previous trips I just plugged onto the RV Parks cable systems but now we're traveling and want to use the Satellite systems.
I've been wandering around this site and others learning.
Lots of good info here https://rvseniormoments.com/tech-docs/dish-tv-for-rvs/

So it would appear to have two HD TV's you will need two Dish 211z receivers, right?
but I can have one HD & one Regular TV with one Dish 211z receiver?

I would appear you can not use the Quest Video Control Center with the Dish 211z receiver? (no ports for HDMI) right? If you can use it how would you do it? (diagram please)
I can't find any user manual for the Quest.

Is there such a thing as a HDMI splitter or HDMI A/B switch? Allowing me to get HD at both TV's (same channel) at the same time or HD to either TV (only one TV in use at a time).
How would I include the DVD player in this scheme?

Thanks guys, as always any and all thoughts, ideas, solutions and humor welcome. See ya GTB

With one 211 and a switchbox, you can alternate which TV's, or have both get the signal... thus they will both get the same channel.
