HDMI cable on Winnebago vista

I have a Winnebago vista 35F. 2013. I noticed a HDMI CABLE attached to the rear of the Tv into hdmi (1). When I went to central control located above the head of the driver in a compartment. I could not find the other end of the hdmi cable. Also when I changed the input to HDMI (1) tv said no signal. What goes with this system?

Mine is a bit newer (2017). There is an HDMI wall jack in a cubby beside the TV.

nalapj123, drawing shows the HDMI cable going to a composite to HDMI converter.
The composite cable either goes to the dash radio or it is coiled up in the front overhead cabinet.
