Hi bounder ball,
Go to Amazon.com: coax to hdmi and see if this is what you need.

IF your DirecTV has RCA jacks, Standard NTSC video out (usually color coded red, white and yellow, yellow being the video) THEN you can run it via a device called a "Modulator" which you should find at Best Buy, Fry's. Radio Shack and most all "TV" type stores.

I do not know if anyone makes an HDMI to RF modulator... (Please read nothing into that statement, It means exactly what it says, Since I have not looked for one, I do not know if they are made.. nor, at this time. do I care)

If your TV has RCA inputs that you can reach you can simply use that to connect to the TV close to the receiver. If you want to be able to run a cable from the receiver to a video switcher so you can watch TV on the front and rear TV's then you will want to get the modulator mentioned above. You use the RCA output from the receiver to the modulator which you set to output on channel 3 or 4 and run a coax from the modulator to the video switcher.
This output will not be HD but you will get all of the available channels with a very good SD picture.
