Two answers,
First: DirecTV (NOT DirecHDTV) is the best service for use with in-motion domes, You may wish to make sure your dome has "Dual out" (Some are singles).. The reason for this is the dome can see one satellite at a time, Just one, and for DirecTV (NON HD) that is all you need for most clients.
HDTV is not possible using a Dome with Direc at this time.
IF you use one and only one receiver, then DISH can work with SOME domes (Both HD and SD) but if you have more than one receiver (OR a multi-input DVR) sooner or later you will run into conflicts as to wanting shows on 2 (Or 3) different birds, Dome can't do that.
Now a warning: IF at home you get Local network stations, ABC, NBC, et-al, then you will only get those if you are close to home (Perhaps 100-300 miles depending on just where "home" is) Of course if your home is in the middle of "No tv here land" and you thus qualify for DISTANT NETWORK service, Ignore this paragraph and stop reading now.
Home accounts which DO get local channels, do not qualify for Distant Network Service, and though many have gotten DNS put on it is illegal, Dish network a few years back lost the right to offer said service, So far, nobody has brought suit against DirecTV but they are just as free with those permits as Dish was.
The solution:
If your house account is over 2 years old and no longer under contract.. Get an RV account, make sure you get your full allotment of receivers, and use the spare DNS qualified and enabled, receivers.. At home.
