internet on the road

I just posted a thread to the main community threadsabiut problems I had on my recent 2 week trip. If anyone can help me with those problems I would appreciate it. Also I readin froums before I left about getting the internet on the road. Before we left my wife bought her a new phone which was the Palm Pree Plus. It has the capabilty of making anywhere you are a mobile hot spot and up to 5 computers can connect to it wirelessly. It cost the same monthly charge as a mobile web package ie $29.95. and get 5 mb of usage. we used it for 2 weeks with 3 computers and didnt even use 1/4 of the gb allowed and my son of course stayed on it alot during the trip( it also works excellent whle traveling down the road. In fact I am in a campground and writing this thread while on it now.
It works excellent so this is another alternative to the monthly access cards, and costly pay as you go cards, and equipment that has to go in the computer to access these cards. You see I have cable access at home connected to a wireless router and dont need another monthly computer access bill, I already was paying for mobile web on a phone so its no added expense whenever we travel. Thanks for all the help to this Newbie with the questions I asked before my trip.
