I have it in my stick house. Fast fast fast. It has been deadnuts reliable too. I put the modem and router on a battery backup, my internet stays up even when the power goes out. Have thier voip phone too, same same, always works great call quality,

Prior we had AT&T Dsl, before that comcast. Switched because the cable would die every time it rained, them comcast upgraded the system, so we switched back.

We had a full T1 at work. The comcast internet at home was so much faster we talked them into running cable into the industrial park and went with thier business class internet and voip phone service. Again, no complaints. perfect performance.

On the support side, business class support is very nice.
Home system support is and has always been terrible. Call centers in the middle east, staffed by persons for whom english is not a primary language, reading from a script... :(

I have it, it is OK. Quite expensive after the first year. Tech support not the best in the world, are any of them, except Verizon cell support. ?
