I have far too many on mine. Some are more useful to photographers than the rest of the world, but here are some of my favorites:
All Trails
Border Times - gives you the delays at border crossings
Coverage - accurate map showing coverage of major cell networks
Pandora - Free or paid versions provide internet radio
Public Radio -
The Photographer's Ephemeris - Shows time & location of sun & moonrise & set.
And, I'll admit it - Angry Birds!

I have a few that I just started using. We just picked up our MH 2 weeks ago so I got to try them out on the road. These are mostly free apps but they work pretty well. Truckstop not only lists Truck Stops by State and highway but also Rest Stops, and WalMarts. It also gives you info on POI and allows you to update. Good maps also. The second is iExit, state by state, highway by highway gives you the services available at each exit. Number 3 is RV camp grounds, pretty good app for getting started looking for campgrounds, has some problems with stability, but a works ok. I have also downloaded a app to locate Pilot/FJ and Cat Scales, haven't had a chance to use the but they both seem pretty good. Give them a look.

Check out iExit. I downloaded and viewed it, but haven't had an opportunity to use it yet. Does anyone else have feedback on this free app?

I use iExit all the time. I recently used it to help plan the trip home from picking up my MH. Found an RV campground along the route. Very good info and maps. I think you will enjoy it.
