IRV 33 stereo, radio dvd player
We purchased a 2016 Arctic fox 27-5L in February of this year. It had the IRV Technologies stereo IRV33. The remote for the unit never would work. I bought new batteries, still wouldn't work. I tested the batteries and they were good. I called the dealer (which, by the way, is 700 miles from where I live) and they sent me out a new remote). Still, the remote would not work with the unit. I called the manufacturer and they said that the unit must have a bad sensor and that they would send me out a new one. The new model is IRV34 and the wiring is all plug and play connectors. I install it in my trailer and the new remote that came with the IRV34 will not work with the new unit. I call the manufacturer and they say all units and remotes are tested before they leave. I am sure batteries are installed correctly and the batteries are new and good, and yes I did remove the little plastic thing out of the remote that prevented contact with the battery when I received it. What am I missing? Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?
