I've noticed some peculiar behavior using Firefox 4 when viewing the site. Specifically, the browser's Back button will sometimes take 3-4 clicks before it goes back to the previous page.
I've only noticed this in Firefox 4. Chrome and Safari have no problem.
Anyone notice this problem, or is it just me?

I have not upgraded to FireFox 4.0 yet. But it is a new release with lots of changes. It may well be a bug that has yet to be resolved. Perhaps it will get fixed in the next update.

Firefox 4 is not ready for primetime in other ways also. It lasted 3-4 days before I gave up the ship and did the rollback to 3.6.16.

I agree. Can you tell me how to do a rollback?

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking of upgrading but I think I'll wait awhile.

I have been running it for a while and have not experienced any of these events. Have Vista Home and Toshiba 64 bit system.

To me its a good upgrade, faster and they have simplified many things.

I've been using Firefox 4 on my XP computer at home and my Win7 computer at work with no issues. It was a great upgrade in my opinion. Much faster than previous versions.

Some further observation:
Seems when I hit the Back Button, the small frames are refreshed, such as Ads by Google and others. Also the Recent Discussions frame. This seems to be the way Firefox 4 handles this and certain websites as I have only seen this behavior on one other site. Not a problem on all sites.
I should mention I have the NoScript extension installed in Firefox but the entire site is whitelisted so I don't think that's the cause. Also no problems with Chrome or Safari. I will disable NoScript and test.
Mac OSX 10.6.7

That's good to know, I also have a Toshiba 64 bit system running Windows 7 so maybe I'll reconsider.

Ok - this is a NoScript issue, not a Firefox problem. When I disable the NoScript extension it all works as it should.
I will report this to the NoScript developer as a bug.
