Thanks 1st-tt2018...I just inspected my house batteries and there is a pretty good amount of corrosion at the terminals.

The sides are bulging on both batts so, time for replacements! I am going with the old school golf cart batts as AGMs and newer lithium-Ions are way out of my price range for being a seasonal weekend warrior.

I hope that helps solve it but still check your grounds....could be part of the overcharging.

Just swapped out my house batteries with some fresh GC2's...all terminals were corroded. This did not help the buzzing...

Does anyone have ideas for upgrading the above inverter? This unit is not a Pure Sine Wave model.

If you get buzzing while on generator or shore power, then it’s not likely the fault of your inverter, as it would only be used when the other two sources of power were not present.

Have you verified all your audio/video electronics are plugged into the same source of power, like plugging them into a single power strip?

Have you had the outlets tested for correct wiring? Maybe your ground came loose or something? I'm talking about testing with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Receptacle-Te...dp/B01AKX8L0M/

BTW, your post above mentions both buzzing and no buzzing for a single situation, which doesn't make sense:
Quote:
TV/DVD power from 120v A/C from my garage = buzzing
TV/DVD power from 120v A/C from my garage = NO buzzing

dmp1991....I just reopened this thread and noticed that....sorry. The bottom final try would have been
TV/DVD power from Honda geni = NO buzzing.
Now I just crack the drivers window, run a long extension cord back to my enclosed, fire up the Honda geni and relax.....its the getting out of my chair at 2300 hours to shut down, store said geni that pisses me off, lol...

I have the same Triplite inverter, and I get NO buzzing on battery/inverter or genset power.

All my TV are upgraded LED Vizios

Your inverter is NOT the problem, if you still insist on getting a new one, I would be interested in buying your triplite.

What type of TVs are you using, if you have the old tube type that came with the RV then yes maybe its the inverter.

You could always bring in an LED TV from the house and plug it into the inverter plug to see if the LED tv buzzes.
You could try plugging your tv into a NON inverter plug in the RV while on shore power to see if you still have the buzzing.

Are you using the RV audio system to run your TV through?
