KHV R5 unable to lock sat.

Hi all
Installed KVH R5 to lock Nilesat i did all the instructions on the manual
configuring the sat through KVH Flash Update Wizard 3.23:

HALT
SATINSTALL,NILESAT,NONE
ZAP

THEN THE GPS LOCATION

HALT
DEBUGON
GPS,24,N,46,E
SKEWANGLE
ZAP


then the program gave me the skew angle -44 i adjust the LNB to this degree


after that i power the KVH , TV receiver and the TV,

what i noticed that the KVH keeps looking to SAT without end for more than 30 mins

i am using Humax X400
