King Dome Gone, Winegard In-motion In!

Well got the King Dome Automatic removed yesterday and the Winegard In-Motion installed and couldn't be happier. Never could pick anything up while in the driveway with KD. Got home and turned on the new Winegard and within 2 minutes was locked on to the satellites and ready to go. So easy and I am finally pleased with my satellite system.

King dome makes a very expensive spray on treatment that is supposed to improve their dome's performance in inclement weather.

Motosat (I have one I'd be willing to sell) says "You don't need it with our products"

What can I say... I"m not big on King Domes.

We just replaced the King Dome with a Winegard! Glad to hear how much better it is. Turns out while the King Dome is touted as an expensive upgrade, the 2005 version doesn't work well with DISH . . . also hate the issues involved with rain!
