KVH L3, S3, R4, R5, R4SL, R5SL and User-defined Satellites

I am trying to get more use out of an old dish.
Has anyone here tried setting up (User-defined Satellites) with KVH's Flash Update Wizard ?
With this process you can add up to two satellite positions parameters (USER1 and USER2)that are not pre-installed by KVH.
Is anyone here willing to try these parameters for Dish's eastern arch 72 satellite. According to DISH this satellite is setup for RV users and truckers, as it provides most all sd and HD content.

The thing I am not sure about is,will this work (pass 8PSK to DISH receiver) even though DISH switched from QPSK to 8PSK on all satellites now. If I understand what KVH has been doing, is locking on to FTA (free to air) demo channels on DISH,s satellites at 110,119,129 QPSK. DISH has now switched to 8PSK, which KVH's built in FTA receiver will not recognize.
