certainly one way of looking at it.

as you might guess, direct linking to my site would easily be construed as 'soliciting', and i don't want to be accused of that.

folks can choose to follow the google link i've provided, or search on their own.

i'm sure you would not rather i keep the news to myself, right?

Over on the "other" forum this would definitely be considered a solicitation. No matter how you skew the link reference, the problem is you sell them, correct?

Nothing personal, but you asked..

What is wrong with giving us the review here, in this forum and not include a link or signature to a place where they can be purchased?

EVDOalex... In my eyes, solicitation is perhaps (I could be wrong) the real motive behind your postings here on IRV2.com. I suggest you speak to your boss/3gstore.com and have your company become a sponsor here. I consider your posts here solicitation as you work for a company selling Verizon contracts, hardware, etc. If 3gstore.com was a sponsor your soliciting here would not be inappropriate. I believe 3gstore.com/you have a relationship (sponsor?) with RV.NET as the RV.NET blog site, etc. has a link to 3gstore.com.

Note: I am not flaming you.

Will close by saying your posts are an asset here, your company is making money from people here so your boss should consider being a sponsor and having a presence here.

I think 3gstore.com is an excellent company to deal with. Their customer support is excellent. They also have a terrific forum. My $ often go to 3gstore.com.

We welcome vendors and or dealers of various products to post and offer their valuable input on numerous topics.

Their posts have been invaluable to our members, and we thank them for their contributions.

We are well aware that a vendor's or dealer's participation on our forums may generate business for them, and that is perfectly acceptable.

However, solicitations, direct or indirect are not permitted by our rules.

If a member requests purchase or sales information, I respectfully request the vendor or dealer contact the member offline by PM or email to supply that information.

Thanks

Bob Gregory
