Let's Talk About LEDs

Hey gang, I'm in the midst of some coach mods that will involve both indoor and outdoor LED lights. Specifically, I will be working with either rope style or tape style. I already bought some rope style, but I don't think my choice is going to be reliable. In other words, they're too cheap.

Those of you who have done these LED activities--

What brand LED is the best and most reliable? What works and holds up? Is there one? What do you recommend?

What type do you like best, tape or rope? Does it matter which you use if indoors and they're not visible (only see the glow)?

What do you recommend for outdoor use, like under slideout and ground effect under chassis?

Any and all advice you have is appreciated. I'm all ears!

Many thanks.

No one is interested in looking at your "under chassis ground
effect or under slide outdoor lighting". We like the beauty of the
stars and moon. JMHO

Understood my friend and agreed. I am not one to show off at a CG and disturb others.

This is purely for the fun of doing the mods and only using the outdoor one's at my own home farm acreage coach pad. Or where no one is anywhere nearby.

It's not in my nature to have no regard for some else's enjoyment of camping/glamping.

I agree on the SuperLights. I've done two coaches with them and used the strip type, but I did change out the self stick they come with for outdoor butyl double sided tape that is extremely strong. On the last one, I opted to put them under the slides and front, instead of under the body.
