Joe & Annie,
I downloaded these POI's for my Garmin 7200 a couple of months ago. They loaded into my unit very easily and are good, because you can choose the height that you want to be alerted to. They also send out routine updates with the subscription when they become available so a newly discovered low clearance gets included. My vote is "thumbs up".

I tried it on a known low overpass here locally that I didn't really expect to be on there, but it was! Today I went to Birmingham, AL and it showed the low overpass in Gordo, AL, although it said it was 13'11" and it is really just 13'6". I will e-mail them with the correction. I agree with your

We also have Low Clearance on our Garmin 1450LMT and I have loaded it to a RV Template that I have in Mapsource. I create my RV route in Mapsource then Transfer it to the 1450LMT. It really works great.
