Played with it at the Hershey show. Have not touched the RVND 7710 but it is looking better. The one at the Hershey show was a pre/just released so maybe they updated the software but it seemed laggy.

Wife bought me one for my birthday for the RV. I already had a tom tom for my car which can also be used in the RV, she has a Garmin. I am less than impressed with the Magellan. They all have the good points and thier quirks. Of the three I think the Garmin is the best. The best thing about the Magellan is the nice big screen. The Magellan does have a screen where you can input the type and size of RV, have not noticed if it keeps you from getting in a jam.

I bought a Magellan roadmate 9165t and find it works very well. Just touch the screen for cg near you, and it gives you directions.

"I never had one come with a mattress".
Nice little option for the co-pilot but she sleeps most the time in the captains chair anyways.

Cheers. Tom
