The top model home bidets have built in heater, warm air drying and warm seats. All computer controlled. BioBidet, Brondell, etc.
We have been using one for over 14 years and absolutely love it.
Somewhat expensive but what isn't these days. Bidets are common in Europe, Japan...

If you reread the previous posts you will see that the water is heated by the seat itself; there's a small reservoir of heated water, I believe. Since all RV toilets have a 1/2" water connection nearby, there should be no problem with providing water.
